Internal messaging and teams, on the GPS clock-in screen

Informing a field staff member who has neither email nor an app is a headache. ChronoTrack shows your messages where your teams already log in - on the GPS clock-in screen - and lets you target them by client or by team.

The right message, to the right agent, at the right time

Your messages appear on the employee's clock-in screen. You address them to the whole company, to a client's agents, or to a specific team, and you track who has read them.

Organize your agents into teams

Fewer phone calls, more clarity

By centralizing communication in the tool, you reduce calls and oversights, and each agent has the information they need. Especially useful for dispersed cleaning or security teams.

Why instructions don't reach the field

Getting information to scattered teams is often a makeshift job: a WhatsApp group created on an emergency day, individual text messages, a note left on site. The result is always the same - nobody knows who read what, old messages get lost, and staff who change sites don't receive the instructions that concern them.

“We already use WhatsApp, it works”

It works until the day it becomes a problem. A WhatsApp group mixes work and personal life, depends on your employees' private numbers, copes poorly with turnover - you have to remember to remove every leaver - and leaves no usable record within the company. Above all, there is no way to know who actually read an instruction.

Here, the message appears on the clock-in screen, that is, at the precise moment the staff member starts their intervention, and you see who has read it.

“My staff don't read their messages”

That is true of any channel that requires a deliberate step. The difference lies in the timing: the message appears when the staff member clocks in, not in an inbox they have to remember to check. Read tracking then tells you exactly who has seen the instruction and who still needs a reminder.

“Not everyone is concerned by the same instruction”

A message can be sent to the whole company, to the staff of a given client site, to a team, or to both at once - for example the morning team working at a specific site. You avoid the opposite effect of a single group, where too many irrelevant messages end up discouraging reading.

“What are teams actually for?”

A team groups staff under a manager's responsibility, with a name and a color that make it identifiable throughout the app. It is used to filter and group the schedule, to target messages, and to organize employee lists.

It is also used to separate responsibilities: you can restrict each manager to the clock-ins of the teams they are responsible for. Each person then only sees their own scope, which is often necessary once a company exceeds a few dozen staff.

The same screen, with nothing to install

Messages, instructions and information go through the clock-in without an app page your staff already use. There is therefore no account to create, no personal number to collect, and a new starter receives instructions from their very first shift. When information flows the other way, it is through a report with a photo.

Messaging and teams, explained

Internal messages appear on the employee's clock-in screen, after scanning the QR code and entering the PIN. No app or account is needed: the agent sees the messages that concern them at the moment they clock in.
Yes. A message can be addressed to the whole company, to the agents of a given client, or to a specific team. Only the relevant employees see it, which avoids unnecessary noise.
Teams group your agents (with a color) to filter and organize the schedule, absences and messages. An employee belongs to a single team, which keeps the organization clear.
